Former cricketer told DK Jain- Ask about his role with Vinod Rai and Rahul Johri
new Delhi. Sachin Tendulkar has rejected the statement of BCCI, in which his interest comes in the 'Solutionable Category'. Sachin said that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is responsible for the current situation. Sachin is a member of the BCCI's Cricket Salaried Committee (CAC), while IPL's franchise team is the 'icon' of Mumbai Indians.
Sachin sent his reply to DK Jain in 13 points
In his reply to the 13 points given to the BCCI's Ethics Officer and Lokpal DK Jain, Sachin has asked Vinod Rai, chief of the Governors (CoA) and Rahul Johari, to ask him what is his role in the CAC?
DK Jain had issued notice to VVS Lakshman along with Tendulkar as a member of the CAC with the mentor of the IPL franchisee, for the conflict of interest. Lakshman Sunrise is the mentor of Hyderabad.
This is the third case of the allegation of conflict of interest. Earlier this was also seen against Sourav Ganguly. Ganguly and Laxman have also rejected the allegations of the Lokpal.
According to Article 38 (3) (A) of the Constitution of BCCI, such disputes that can be solved when disclosing the interests are covered under the category 'Tractable Conflict'. Like Lakshman and Ganguly, Sachin also says that the CEO and the COA have not yet clarified their role.
