Sports desk Pakistan announced on Thursday a 15-member team for the World Cup. This is his provisional (temporary) team. It can be modified. Fast bowler Mohammad Aamer did not get the place in the team. He and Asif Ali have been included as reserve players. If they could do better in the one-day and T-20 series against England, they could be included in the 15-member squad.
Mohammed Hafeez has been included in the Pakistan team. However, they have to give fitness test. Only after getting fit will they get permission to go to England. Hafeez was injured during the Pakistan Super League this year. Then their place was included in the Lahore Kalander team, Salman Butt was included.
11 members of the Champions Trophy winning team will play World Cup
Pakistan's team defeated India in the Champions Trophy final in 2017 in England. 11 members of the team who won the Champions Trophy were included in the World Cup team. The World Cup will be played in England and Wales between May 30 and July 14.
