The Caribbean Premier League will be from September 4 to 12.

The BCCI wants to rest the players after the World Cup. The Board had urged West Indies Cricket for that tour to be done two weeks ahead. West Indies Cricket has agreed to this.

The Caribbean Premier League, which is being held in the West Indies, has also been extended. It was to be from August 21 to September 27, but according to the new dates, it will now be played from September 4 to October 12.

The BCCI has urged the West Indies Cricket Board to include three practice matches in the round. India A team will also play three-day matches on this tour.
