Dainik BhaskarJan 06, 2020, 12:24 PM IST Sports Desk. Danish Kaneria refused to name the former players of Pakistan who discriminated against him for being Hindu. Kaneria said- If I tell the names of the players who discriminated against me, it will spoil the image of Pakistan in the world. A few days ago, Shoaib Akhtar revealed in a chat show that Danish fell victim to bad treatment on religious grounds. However, some former players including Inzamam-ul-Haq rejected Akhtar's allegation and gave clarification on it.

Shoaib disclosed on his YouTube channel that Danish expressed his displeasure over the allegations that some players said that Kaneria was doing all this to gain publicity. The former Pakistan leg-spinner said, “I have been away from cricket for 10 years. Why I am being held responsible for what Shoaib said. I only confirmed Akhtar's allegations. If all this was done to make YouTube channel a hit and gain popularity, then I could have done this work much earlier. ”

Nothing mattered more than cricket, Deedanish said in the new video, "Even when I was discriminated against, I did not pay attention to it. I just wanted to focus on my cricket in life. So, went on to ignore the rest. Whenever religion was mentioned, I never let it dominate the game. Even today I do not want to get into these things. I stick to facts and truth. If I bring out the names of those who discriminated against me, it will tarnish the image of Pakistan. I am proud to be Pakistani and Hindu. "
