Mary Kom defeated Nikhat Zarine and secured a place in the Olympic qualifiers.

Both of them won their matches in the trials held in Delhi on Sunday. Ashish, who won the silver in the Asian Championship, defeated Ankit Khatana 9–0. Khatana recently won gold at the South Asian Games. At the same time, Satish, who won gold in the Commonwealth and Asian Games, defeated Narendra 6-3.
Apart from these two, Sachin Kumar also defeated Brijesh Yadav in the 81 kg category to secure a place for the Olympic qualifiers. Qualifiers for the Tokyo Olympics will be played in Wuhan, China from 3 to 14 February.
Mary Kom defeated Nikhat 9–1 in the trials.
Earlier on Saturday, boxer MC Mary Kom beat Nikhat Zarine 9–1 in a 51 kg weight category trial. In this match, Mary Kom dominated from the beginning. He did not give any chance to recover Zarine. This was the third match between Nikhat and Mary Kom. Nikhat met Mary Kom in the semi-finals of the India Open in May this year. Earlier in the year 2016, there was a contest between the two in the trial of South Asian Games. Both matches were in favor of Mary Kom.
