She will participate in the tournament for the first time after becoming a mother. I am now practicing for about five hours a day with a tennis ball. Sania says that after pregnancy, I have given a lot of attention to the diet. I initially removed sugar from my diet. But I believe in meditation. So to tell the truth, I eat everything, which I like.

Sania's return has not been easy
Sania says that there is no fixed sleeping pattern or time due to the child. Despite this, she gets up at 7 am. She says that my weight had increased by 23 kg during pregnancy, but now after giving birth to a lovely child, I have reduced my weight by 26 kg. Sania's return has not been easy.

When she started getting fit again after pregnancy, she used to gym for about five hours every day. She did about 100 minutes of cardio exercise, then an hour of kick boxing. She used to do pilates (a type of exercise that is done to make the body flexible and muscles strong) for about an hour.

Sania doesn't read too many books, but she read Mike Tyson's autobiography last time. She says that I do not watch movies much, but watch web series of Netflix or other platforms of this type.

On the question of her health and fitness, Sania says that I had a knee during pregnancy. She is now fully recovered. Since I rested for a long time. I consider myself fully prepared to play in the tennis court. Significantly, Sania last played at the China Open in the year 2017.
