Shivangini Gohain injured during practice at Chhabua, Dibrugarh

Shivangini's throat has an arrow pierced during practice. The accident occurred near his home in Chhabua, Dibrugarh. Local doctor V Aggarwal said, "The arrow has penetrated Shivangini's throat. After first aid, he has been referred to AIIMS, Delhi.
Chhabua is 450 km from Guwahati. The Khele India Games will be held in Guwahati for the first time. Speaking to the local website Eastmojo, Navjyoti Basumatri, secretary of the Archery Association of Assam said, "Shivangini practices at Sai Training Center in Chhabua. She is not a trainee of DSYW (Directorate Sports and Youth Welfare). '
