Divyansh suffered a right shoulder injury while fielding in the first match of the ODI series against hosts South Africa. He had fallen in the grip of catching the ball. Siddhesh is also an all-rounder and plays domestic cricket for Maharashtra.
Siddhesh batted well against South Africa in the final of the four-nation Under-19 series on Thursday. He scored 48 runs off 37 balls in the last few overs of the Indian innings. His innings reached a score of 259 runs. At the same time, this player also took a wicket in the match. Apart from India-South Africa, the Under-19 teams of Zimbabwe and New Zealand were included in this series of four countries. India won all three matches played in the series. The Under-19 World Cup will start from 17 January and will run till 9 February. India's first match will be against Sri Lanka on 19 January.
